Kevin P. Greeley brings over three decades of experience in business ownership, startup and operational management, information technology, general aviation, specialized manufacturing, education training, and commercial real estate to his role as a business broker and consultant.

Before earning his Bachelor of Arts in History at Florida State University, Kevin started his first company, Online Services & Sales Inc. (OSSI), a professional IT services firm. Over 30 years, he expanded this business to serve clients in the medical, legal, and general business sectors. He has also founded and built other companies, including Greeley Custom LLC, a custom gunsmithing company, and EHR1, a software company specializing in medical transcription. In 2009, he established the Warrenton Aviation Flying Club. Additionally, Kevin is a licensed commercial real estate agent, focusing on providing comprehensive commercial real estate services alongside his business consulting expertise.

Leveraging insights from all levels of business planning, Kevin integrates his understanding of business and economic dynamics when assisting clients in their commercial real estate needs. He listens attentively and helps prioritize business owners’ objectives and ambitions to achieve successful business planning and development.

Kevin and his wife reside in Northern Virginia, where they have raised three children, guiding them toward becoming productive adults and future business owners. He is currently the former President of the Rotary Club of Warrenton, President of the Commercial Industrial Land Exchange (CILE), a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association (MAREMA), and President of the Chambersburg Pistol & Rifle Club.
